How to Book an Appointment

Dr. Gudel is licensed in AL, TN GA and FL, and can do both telemedicine for those states (or those able to travel to one of those states) and in-person appointments at her Birmingham, AL office. To make an appointment, please go to the practice website, select the appropriate visit, place it in your cart and check out as you would with any other item purchased on the internet. This triggers an email to Dr. Gudel, after which she will be in contact for scheduling. We are currently scheduling for the week after next. Hope to hear from you soon!
